You can request deletion of your Bolo Ji account and associated app data from this page.

What Gets Deleted

Account deletion removes your Bolo Ji account, authentication records, lesson progress, cached server-side lesson state, and subscription entitlement records associated with your account.

Retention

We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, financial reporting, or dispute handling. Store subscription purchase history is also managed by Apple App Store or Google Play according to their policies.

In-App Deletion

If you can access the app, you can also delete your account from the Bolo Ji settings screen.
